Tractor Supply opened its 1st Long Island, NY store one mile north from Exit 64 of the Long Island Expressway on September 15, 2018 at 3170 NY-112, Medford, NY to much fanfare and strong customer response. The retail store was developed by Farmington Valley, LLC, an operating company of New England Retail Properties Inc., headquartered in Wethersfield, CT. Matthew Darling, Vice President for Acquisition and Development and Mark D'Addabbo, President, spearheaded the development from its inception, taking the property through acquisition, zoning and construction through to the store turnover. The Tractor Supply store consists of 19,097 square feet of retail space along with 20,000 SF of outdoor display and sales space. According to Mr. Darling, only 3,608 sf remains available to lease in the balance of the center.
